I grew up in hospitality, night clubs and restaurants.
Some of my earliest memories are of watching my parents work long days with one goal in mind - to build a better life for our family. I didn't fully understand the sacrifices they were making then. I do now.
When we created Cielo Rojo, I wasn't trying to build another restaurant. In fact, I didn't really even know what I was doing. But I did want to build something that honored where we came from while reflecting where we're going. A place where incredible food, thoughtful design, genuine hospitality, and family could exist together under one roof.
Today, I have the privilege of carrying that responsibility alongside my parents and sister. Every decision we make is guided by the values they taught us: work hard, stay humble, never stop improving, and always take care of the people who walk through your doors.
